Remote printing from your iPhone
Remote printing means the page comes out where the printer is, not where you are. Printo sends it over the internet, so the printer can be in another building.
Sometimes the document is on your phone and the printer is far away: a contract for a parent at home, a boarding pass for a travelling partner, an invoice for the office printer. AirPrint can't help, because it only works on the same local network.
Printo connects your iPhone to a computer, and the computer is next to the printer. Wherever you are, on mobile data or hotel Wi-Fi, you choose the printer and tap Print; the file travels over an encrypted connection to the computer, which prints it.

Questions
Can I print to my home printer when I'm away?
Yes, as long as the computer at home is on and running Printo. You print from your iPhone on any connection.
Do I need a VPN or port forwarding?
No. Printo connects through its own service, so there is nothing to configure on your router.
Is my document safe in transit?
Documents travel over encrypted HTTPS connections and are deleted after printing, or after 25 hours at most if they can't be delivered.
