Printo, telefonundan kendi bilgisayarına bağlı yazıcıya çıktı göndermeni sağlar. Bu metin hangi bilgileri neden işlediğimizi anlatır. Veri sorumlusu: Mustafa Hasanoğlu, mustafahsn@icloud.com.

İşlediğimiz bilgiler

Hesap: e-posta adresin ve hesap kimliğin. Apple veya Google ile girersen bu hizmetin bize verdiği e-posta.
Cihazlar: eşleştirdiğin bilgisayarların ve yazıcıların adları, durumları ve sürüm bilgileri.
Baskı dosyaları: yazdırdığın belge, yalnızca bilgisayarına ulaşana kadar geçici olarak saklanır. Yazıcıya teslim edilince hemen silinir; teslim edilemezse en geç 25 saat sonra silinir.
Baskı kayıtları: baskının durumu, sayfa sayısı ve zamanı gibi bilgiler 7 gün tutulur. Belgenin içeriği bu kayıtlarda yoktur.
Abonelik: Printo Pro aboneliğinin durumu. Ödeme bilgilerini Apple işler; kart bilgilerini biz görmeyiz.
Bildirimler: baskı durumunu haber vermek için telefonunun bildirim anahtarı.
Güvenlik: kötüye kullanımı önlemek için sınırlı süreli istek sayaçları ve hata kayıtları (en fazla 14 gün).

Neden işliyoruz

Yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için: hesabını açmak, belgeni seçtiğin yazıcıya ulaştırmak, baskı durumunu göstermek, aboneliğini tanımak ve hizmeti kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak. Reklam göstermiyoruz, seni izlemiyoruz ve verilerini satmıyoruz.

Hakların

Hesabını istediğin an uygulamadan silebilirsin (Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil). Hesabın ve ona bağlı bilgiler kalıcı olarak silinir. Bilgilerine erişmek, düzeltmek ya da silinmesini istemek için bize yazabilirsin. Türkiye'de 6698 sayılı KVKK, AB'de GDPR kapsamındaki haklarına sahipsin.

Çocuklar

Printo 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Bu metni güncellersek tarihini değiştiririz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada da duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

Printo lets you print from your phone to a printer connected to your own computer. This page explains what information we process and why. Controller: Mustafa Hasanoğlu, mustafahsn@icloud.com.

What we process

Account: your email address and account ID, or the email Apple or Google shares with us if you sign in with them.
Devices: the names, status and versions of the computers and printers you pair.
Print files: the document you print is stored only until it reaches your computer. It is deleted as soon as it is handed to the printer, or after 25 hours at most if it cannot be delivered.
Print records: status, page count and time of each print, kept for 7 days. They never contain the document itself.
Subscription: the status of your Printo Pro subscription. Apple processes payments; we never see card details.
Notifications: your phone's push token, to tell you how a print is going.
Security: short-lived request counters and error logs (at most 14 days) to prevent abuse.

Why

Only to provide the service: to run your account, deliver your document to the printer you chose, show its status, recognise your subscription and protect the service from abuse. We show no ads, do not track you and do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can delete your account in the app at any time (Settings → Delete Account); your account and everything linked to it is removed permanently. To access, correct or delete your information, write to us. You have the rights given by the GDPR in the EU and by KVKK (Law No. 6698) in Türkiye.

Children

Printo is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy we change the date above and announce important changes in the app.
